"Guangdong Trade Fair" Online Exhibition Platform was founded in 2011 by Guangdong Guangxin Holdings Group under State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission, the People’s Government of Guangdong Province, and has been operated and managed since 2020 by G uangdong Foreign Trade Import & Export Co., Ltd. (GFTC), a subsidiary of the Group. Guangdong Trade Fair performs multiple functions including exhibition, trade, management and data mining, and renders outstanding brand marketing support, major customer service and financial service. With rich offline resources, the exhibition platform is often first chosen by the Guangzhou-based SMEs for promotion of their brands and expansion to the global market.

As a large Guangdong-based state-owned foreign trade enterprise founded in 1984, GFTC has always been staying in the front rank among the “top 500 Guangdong enterprises” and included in the list of “top 100 Guangdong companies in distribution industry”. While being rated a “model enterprise of integrity of Guangdong” and an “enterprise observing contract and valuing credit of Guangdong”, GFTC is also recognized as a tax payer with level-A integrity for 10 consecutive years, as well as one of the first-batch Authorized Economic Operators (AEOs) and an Export Leading Index (ELI) company in China.

GFTC has over 700 employees, including professional staff who undertakes the corporate operation, with years of experience in the field of foreign trade. Thanks to their efforts, GFTC has established production bases throughout the country, cooperates with and invests in around 1,000 suppliers, extends sale network to over 170 countries and regions in the world and maintains good partnership with multiple large global chain retailers and famous supermarkets. Concerning business management, with a dozen years of experience, they can properly coordinate between the suppliers and procurers, and readily arrange the preparation, publicity, management for exhibition and conference. Having held 127 online trade fairs, they are also experienced in organizing online show, live stream & promotion, communication network and the supporting daily business. Concerning research and development, they keep bringing out creative products, and have developed, established around 200 intellectual properties and a dozen furniture and home product brands for the company. Concerning platform technical development, maintenance and operation, they have technical strength and rich experience in establishing and operating portal platforms, and are now maintaining the portal websites for 15 online brands. GFTC implements the ISO quality management system and IPR management system and standard. Relying on rich and mature management and operation experiences, GFTC is committed to serve as an online window for the customer-oriented e-commerce, marketing, promotion and sale of products and design for large supermarkets, retail stores and other domestic and global businesses.

Relying on the economic boom of Guangzhou, we strive to turn the “Guangdong Trade Fair” into a 24-hour B2B trade fair. Meanwhile, by virtue of our abundant resources of traditional import & export business, we endeavor to make the existing Guangdong Trade Fair Platform an internet-based new comprehensive trade service platform for the online product display and trade among local businesses. We have mobilized the experienced technical professionals responsible for platform development and maintenance and our e-commerce college experts for e-commerce promotion and operation, to join hands with the existing teams of business management, exhibition rear service and display design to expand the online services, improve the e-commerce operation capacity and ensure the smooth operation and development of “Guangdong Trade Fair”. The Platform incorporates a special area for displaying Guangzhou City and other areas for exhibiting 24 kinds of commodities. On the platform, the exhibitors may promote their brands or show their products in forms of image, video, 3D multimedia or through live streaming, or engage in online communication, inquiry, trade, business management or other services rendered.
